Bahan Resep Sayur Lodeh:

  • Buah nangka muda (lodeh) secukupnya saja
  • Seikat kacang panjang yang dipotong sama seukuran 3cm
  • Buah melinjo beserta daunnya secukupnya saja (optional)
  • 1 buah labu siam yang dipotong berbentuk dadu (optional)
  • Daun salam 2 lembar
  • 300 ml santan kelapa kental
  • 2 buah terong putih, kupa kulitnyas dan potong menjadi beberapa bagian
  • 1 buah jagung manis dan potonglah menjadi beberapa bagian juga
  • 500 ml air bersih
  • 1 buah tomat yang diiris-iris
  • 1 sdt garam dan gula merah
  • 1/2 sdt bumbu penyedap rasa

Bumbu resep sayur lodeh yang dihaluskan:

  • 4 siung bawang putih dan 6 buah bawang merah
  • 3 buah cabe merah yang sudah dibuang bijinya
  • 1/2 sdt terasi matang
  • 5 butir kemiri

Cara Membuat Sayur Lodeh Jawa yang Maknyus

  1. Cuci bersih semua sayuran yang akan dimasak seperti nangka muda, kacang panjang, melinjo, termasuk juga daun-daunnya.
  2. Siapkan wajan dan panaskan minyak goreng secukupnya untuk menumis bumbu yang tadi sudah dihaluskan hingga baunya harum. Setelah itu sisihkan bumbu dan siapkan panci dengan air bersih.
  3. Rebus air itu hingga mendidih. Setelah mendidih, masukan nangka muda, jagung manis, dan juga melinjo. Rebus hingga agak empuk dan setengah matang.
  4. Setelah itu maskukan bumbu yang sudah ditumis. Jangan lupa masukan juga buah tomat, 1 sdt garam dan juga gula merah, 1/2 sdt penyedap rasa, serta 300ml santan kepala kental.
  5. Aduk masakan lodeh tadi hingga mendidih dan benar-benar matang.
  6. Setelah matang, lodeh siap di hidangkan kepada keluarga. Anda bisa menaburkan berambang goreng diatasnya.
